Accommodation & Travel

Accommodation

There is another event on in Newcastle during the AESC which will mean accommodation will be extremely hard to come by. The Secretariat has block bookings in place at a number of hotels however all unsold rooms must be released back to the hotels 30 days prior to the convention. We highly recommend you book your accommodation sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

Special accommodation rates have been negotiated for convention delegates at a number of hotels in Newcastle. To receive the special accommodation rates, bookings must be made via the online registration options or by contacting the convention secretariat and not with the hotels directly. Accommodation is only available for the convention dates, but can be organised outside these dates on an as requested basis only.

Details of Accommodation options and pricing will be provided during the online registration and included in the Registration Brochure. Visit the Registration page: http://www.aesc2014.gsa.org.au/registration/
